SLS Spring Woods – I just bought a 3BHK here a couple of months back, possession was in March. Ab soch raha hu iska long-term exit strategy. Kya lagta hai iska resale potential? Capital appreciation kitna expect karein 5 saal mein? Investor ratio high toh nahi hai idhar? Thoda concerned about future liquidity.

Quality toh theek hai, but location? Aavalahalli side ka appreciation thoda slow hai. Traffic bhi badh raha hai. What did others think about that area for long term?
