My SLS Visthar flat: Final bill shock

Moved into my SLS flat in Visthar last month, and the final bill was a shocker. Soch raha tha negotiation work karega, but builders don't budge much on base price. PLC, parking, stamp duty, sab add karke bohot upar chala gaya. Kuch hidden charges possession ke time par bhi aaye, like club membership. Has anyone else faced this with SLS ya other builders in North Bangalore? Is it normal to get surprise charges after final payment?
