My Sobha Royal Pavilion move: water and kids' area reality
Honestly, I thought moving into Sobha Royal Pavilion Phase 8 Wing 15 would be smooth sailing, but some things are just... unexpected. We got possession in March and have been living here for a couple of months. The water supply has been a bit iffy. Sometimes pressure kam lagta hai, and I'm seeing tankers more often than I expected. Kya yeh normal hai for new societies? Builder ne toh full-time borewell aur corporation water bola tha. Is this just initial settlement issues ya it's a long-term thing? Also, the kids' play area looks good from afar, but the equipment feels flimsy, and some swings are already creaking. Not sure if it's safe for daily use. Is it just me, or do builders just tick boxes for amenities? What was your experience with water reliability and kids' areas in other projects?
