Moved into my 2BHK in Sohna's Sector 38, BST Developers ka project. Possession last month. Hidden charges bahut nikle yaar! Maintenance, club, electricity connection – sab extra. Builder ne pura cost nahi bataya. Sohna mein sabke saath aise hi hota hai kya?

Oh no, yaar! This is exactly my fear with these new projects. Sohna mein toh builders kaafi aggressive pricing dikhate hain, but baad mein ye hidden costs nikal aate hain. Can you share approximate kitna extra laga total? Like, electricity connection ka kitna tha?

U2, you're right to be worried. My cousin booked in Baharampur Naya, just a bit further from Sohna. Unko bhi electricity connection ke liye almost 50k extra dene pade,
