Okay I'll be honest — upgrading from my 2BHK in Sohna is turning into a headache. I'm checking 3BHKs, thinking Ansal API near Sohna Road. My main question: Can brokers genuinely get better prices or spot discounts than going direct to the builder? Or do they just push sales for their commission? Is there a real advantage, or are they just an extra layer?

Totally agree with the confusion! I'm also looking in Sohna and brokers seem to say anything to
