My Sohna investment plan: Need builder financial checks

Been looking for 6 months now for an investment flat in Sohna. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Considering DLF and M3M projects on Sohna Road. Which builder has better financial stability aur on-time delivery record for investors? Project stalling ka darr rehta hai. What about their RERA compliance? Konsa builder better peace of mind deta hai?
