My lease ends in 3 months and I'm honestly fed up of renting. Sohna mein property dekh raha hoon, especially around Golf Course Extension Road. Prices toh kaafi badh gaye hain yaar. With Dwarka Expressway almost complete and Global City coming up, lagta hai aur badhenge. But is it too late to invest now? Ya ROI abhi bhi acha milega 3-5 saal mein? Builders like DLF, M3M ke projects dekh raha hoon, but budget ₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK feels high. Kya Sohna abhi bhi entry point hai for good appreciation?
