Is Adani Lushlands' effective carpet area truly justified given its price in Sohna? I'm comparing it with Signature Global City 92 for a potential investment, and the numbers are interesting. Lushlands, at ₹8 Cr+, offers a certain carpet area, par uska layout kaafi space-wasting lag raha. Signature Global, though lower budget, seems to have more efficient floor plans, giving better usable space for its price point. From my experience, premium projects sometimes compromise on practical layouts for aesthetics. Also, Lushlands is ongoing, which adds a possession risk factor.
