My Sohna property hunt: Weighing 2BHK vs 3BHK
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I work in real estate, but buying my own place in Sohna feels totally different, yaar. Builders ka sales pitch toh sabko pata hai, but actual ground reality kya hai? I'm torn between a 2BHK vs 3BHK. For a 2BHK, I'm looking at something around ₹1.2 Cr near SPR or Golf Course Extension, maybe a DLF or M3M project. For a 3BHK, obviously budget thoda stretch hoga, say ₹1.8-2 Cr. My main confusion is, for Sohna, which one gives better ROI in the long run? Especially with Dwarka Expressway almost done and Gurugram Metro extension coming up on SPR, will 2BHKs see more rental demand from IT professionals, or will 3BHKs appreciate faster as families move in? Koi recent buyer ya investor hai yahan, aapka kya experience hai? Should I focus on rental yield or capital appreciation more in Sohna right now?
