My South City II move: Expected good, got bad
Possession finally happened in March for my South City II flat, but honestly, I'm already questioning my decision. Everyone talks about South City II's 'prime location' and the high property prices, but yaar, is it really justified? I feel like I overpaid big time. The EMI is killing me, and for what? The resale market here seems... stagnant, not sure if I can easily sell if needed. And don't even get me started on the traffic. Peak hours mein toh nikalna impossible hai. People said it's well-connected, but the daily commute is a nightmare. Plus, water supply is still a hit or miss sometimes, relying on tankers. Is this the 'premium living' we paid for? Things nobody told me before buying. Seriously, am I missing something? Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with you, bhai! Meri bhi same feeling hai. Jab liya tha tab laga tha prime location hai, investment badhegi, but ab toh lagta hai overpaid kar diya. EMI dekh ke toh aur darr lagta hai. Resale ka bhi tension hai.
Haan bilkul, main toh Basai se daily commute karta hoon South City II ke office ke liye, aur traffic ne halat kharab kar di hai. Log kehte hain well-connected hai, but peak hours mein nikalna mushkil hai.
