My Supertech Supernova retirement nightmare

Two years ago I thought Supertech Supernova Phase IV was perfect for us after kids moved out. But now, post-possession, the maintenance charges are insane, way more than they showed. Plus, the advertised club house and pool are barely working. Was told ₹4k, but it's ₹7k! Kya karein, itna paisa waste ho gaya?
