My surprise about Sohna property negotiation
Honestly, I thought negotiating property prices would be straightforward, even from Dubai. Looking at a 2BHK with Candeo Projects in Sohna's Sector 45, around ₹1.2 Cr. My broker says minimal wiggle room. Is this true for Sohna now? As an NRI, I can't push hard in person... What's a realistic discount? Am I wasting time trying for more than 2-3%?

Yaar, same pinch! I'm also looking in Sohna, not Candeo though, but the brokers all say the same thing – market tight hai, discounts are minimal. I thought being a cash buyer would give me an edge but seems like everyone's facing this. 2-3% is what I'm hearing too. Is ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK in Sector 45 Candeo a good deal though?
