Bhai, totally feel you on this! I've been eyeing Arihant Arden too, but that ₹90 lakh tag for a 2BHK feels like a stretch, especially when it's already completed. My main concern is exactly what you said – what kind of rental yield can we actually expect? And if I need to sell in 5-7 years, will there even be buyers at a decent price, ya bas investors hi ghoomte rahenge? I saw the RERA UPRERAPRJ8415, and the project is complete with 1546 units, but completion doesn't guarantee demand.
