The 'New Launch Projects' corridor in Faridabad often gets discussed for future potential, but I'm looking for ground reality. Commute times, especially from Sectors 75/76, are a big question mark. Infrastructure abhi bhi utni developed nahi lag rahi. Day-to-day life wahan kaisi hai? Is the long-term ROI really worth these initial adjustments for a primary residence?

Exactly my thoughts! Faridabad new launches sound great on paper, but the ground reality is always different. Commute from 75/76 to Delhi is already a nightmare. Aur day-to-day needs ke liye bhi har baar highway cross karna padega? Budget toh hai, but this initial struggle makes me nervous. Is it really worth the mental peace lost?
Sahi baat hai, bhai. Builder ki promises pe ab trust karna mushkil ho gaya hai. Sirf brochures mein sab accha dikhta hai.
