My take on payment plans: Did I get it right, or am I missing something?

Possession was in March for my 3BHK near Domlur, and honestly, everyone glorifies construction-linked plans. I'm telling you, a bigger down payment with a spot discount was way smarter for my Prestige flat. Builders just inflate super area numbers anyway to justify prices. Change my mind.
