Honestly, not being able to visit site makes me so anxious. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Tellapur for a 3BHK. Any legal issues or land title problems common in projects there? Thinking My Home or Aparna. Aur resale market future mein kaisi hai? Will it be easy to sell?
