My budget is set for an investment property, around ₹1 Cr, eyeing Rajesh (null) in Noida. I've seen this pattern before, pre-launch pricing was good, but current appreciation seems... slow? From my experience, resale market kitna liquid hai, especially for a project with this investor ratio? Not sure about exit strategy in 5 years. Kya bolte ho log?

Bhai, tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai. Ye Rajesh project ka pre-launch hype toh bahut tha, par abhi market mein appreciation pata nahi kyu thanda lag raha hai. Mera bhi ₹1 Cr ka budget hai aur main bhi investment ke liye dekh raha hu. Par jab investor ratio itna high ho, toh resale mein buyer milna mushkil ho jaata hai. 5 saal mein exit karna hai, but current situation dekh ke darr lag raha hai. Kahin capital block na ho jaaye.
U
