Investor ke liye, good security means higher rentals and better resale value. But if it's just for show, then it's a direct hit on ROI. Are we just paying for a perception, not actual safety? Change my mind.

Meri bhi same kahani hai. Ek project mein Rajkot-Ahmedabad Highway pe, builder ne bade-bade promises kiye the smart security ke. First year toh theek tha, but ab cameras showpiece hain aur guards bas phone pe rehte hain. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka possession date toh June 2022 tha, toh ab tak toh inki asliyat pata chal gayi hogi. ₹5000 extra dena is just for peace of mind jo milta nahi hai.
Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka possession 2022-06-01 ko tha. 2 saal ho gaye, security degrade hona common hai.
U8, aapko possession time pe mila tha kya? Aur ye security issues kab se start hue aapke project mein? Kya aapka project Krishna Kunj ke aas paas tha?
Bhai, ye Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number kya hai? Builder ka track record kaisa hai Rajkot mein? Kahin ye sirf paper pe hi premium na ho?
Sahi kaha U10. RERA toh bas legality hai, actual living experience toh baad mein pata chalti hai.
UPRERAPRJ5670 hai iska RERA number. Project completed hai as per RERA site, possession date 2022-06-01. But RERA approval doesn't mean security will be top-notch, that's a different ball game.
Totally agree yaar... same cheez dekhi hai. Krishna Kunj mein bhi ek project mein ₹3000 extra lete the security ke naam pe, but end mein wahi local guards. Builder bas dikhawa karte hain.
