Sector 107 — been looking at properties here for months. Jewar Airport aur FNG Expressway ka buzz toh bahut hai, but is this the right time to buy? Prices already badh gaye hain, ya aur badhenge metro extension tak? Should I wait for more infra completion ya abhi invest kar doon? Godrej ya ATS mein 2BHK dekh raha tha, but ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Bhai, your dilemma is exactly what I'm facing! Sector 107 sounds promising with all the infra coming up. But the prices... Godrej/ATS mein 2BHK ka budget kaise manage karein, samajh nahi aa raha. Waiting feels risky, but buying now feels like FOMO.
