Noida Extension – everyone's hyping Trinity Trio for investment, but I'm honestly skeptical. Okay, I'll say what no one wants to admit: the investor-to-end-user ratio here feels off. How much capital appreciation can we really expect if it turns into a ghost society? I don't see the long-term rental yield holding up either. Who's gonna buy from me in 5 years if everyone's just trying to exit? The resale market needs actual demand, not just other investors. Change my mind.
