Has anyone actually bought an under-construction flat in Gurgaon District recently and got possession on time? I'm looking at a 2BHK around SPR, maybe from Godrej or M3M, and my budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Honestly not sure if UC is worth the risk anymore after all the RERA issues. My parents keep saying only RTM is safe, but the price difference is huge. Is it better to just pay more for RTM and avoid the stress? Also, how much will the Dwarka Expressway completion really impact prices along SPR? I'm trying to figure out if it's too late to get in on that appreciation, especially with the Gurugram Metro extension coming up. What's one thing you wish you knew before buying?
