My UCHDL Trucia investment feels stuck, anyone else?
Just got possession of my UCHDL Trucia flat last month and honestly, I'm already feeling the pinch. The capital appreciation I was banking on just isn't materializing. Prices haven't moved much since launch, which is super frustrating for an investor. I thought a completed project would have a more liquid resale market, but finding serious buyers is proving really tough. Anyone else facing this with Trucia? What are your thoughts on its long-term resale potential here?

I think the RERA number and possession date are important here. Trucia ka RERA number kya hai? And when was the actual possession date, was it delayed from what was promised initially?

Honestly, UCHDL ka track record pehle se hi thoda shaky raha hai, especially with their projects near Ajayabpur. Many friends had issues with timely delivery and quality. Capital appreciation in Noida West has been slow overall since late 2021, not just Trucia. It's a buyer's market right now, which makes reselling even harder. You really need to do your homework on the builder's past projects.
Bilkul, builder ka reputation matter karta hai. Pata nahi log kaise book kar lete hain bina research ke.
True that! My cousin booked in their Alistonia Estate project, and it was delayed by almost 2 years. Quality bhi average hi nikli, had to spend a lot on interiors.
Yaar, I totally get it. My UCHDL Trucia flat in Sector 150 is also not showing any appreciation. Booked it for 1.2 Cr, thought it would be a smart move because of the Expressway connectivity.
Exactly! Resale market toh hai hi nahi. Mera bhi 1.15 Cr ka hai, thinking of renting it out. But what about the rental yield? Is anyone getting good rent from Trucia? I'm worried it won't even cover my EMI interest, let alone give any profit.
Haan bhai, same here. So frustrating! Lagta hai galat time pe le liya.
