Like, which documents to ask for from the builder, aur kahan se cross-verify karwayein? I'm worried about future issues. Should I hire a separate lawyer for this specifically, ya banks handle most of it during the home loan process? My parents keep saying 'builder pe trust mat karo'. Don't want to get stuck later.
