My upgrade dilemma: Are premium amenities real?

Security claims in brochures are usually just marketing fluff. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Evermark Provica Dream Valley mein green areas ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh bahut parks dikhate hain, but actual mein kitna open space milta hai? Yaar, sirf towers hi dikhte hain kya? Also, security systems ki ground reality kya hai? CCTV coverage proper hai ya bas naam ke liye? Visitor management kitna smooth hai? Guard quality kaisi hai? Is the price jump worth it for these promised features? Already have a home loan, so har paisa count karta hai. Kya premium justified hai for better amenities? Any experience with their actual green spaces and security setup?
