Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm checking out Evermark Provica Dream Valley, the 2BHK options around 50-53L. My biggest learning so far is how important resale market liquidity is for investment, not just capital appreciation. Currently in a 2BHK and eyeing an upgrade for investment. For Evermark Provica, I'm trying to gauge: is its secondary market actually active? Matlab, will it be easy to find a buyer in 5-7 years if I need to exit? Builder ka track record bhi check kiya, but under-construction risk kitna hai? Also, investor vs end-user ratio kya lagta hai? Don't want a ghost society. Any tips on how to properly assess liquidity for ongoing projects? Share your experiences.
