Green areas in Noida projects are mostly a joke after possession, honestly. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 78, looking for a 3BHK ya villa, and the brochure vs reality gap is frustrating. DM Infra ke projects mein bhi yahi haal hai kya? Parking bhi headache hai, ample bolte hain but it's a lottery. Is this premium worth it if open space and proper parking are just on paper? Kaise check karein before buying?

Bhai, DM Infra ka RERA number 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai. This itself is a red flag for me. My cousin faced a huge delay with an 'ongoing' project in Alpha II Greater Noida because it wasn't RERA registered properly. The possession date 2026-02-01 sounds good on paper, but if there's no RERA backing, who guarantees it? Green areas toh baad ki baat hai, pehle project complete ho jaaye wahi badi baat hai.
RERA Not Applicable ka kya matlab hai? Kya yeh legal nahi hai phir?
Totally agree yaar! I'm also eyeing a 3BHK and the open space promise feels like a scam. DM Infra ke projects toh ₹66 L – ₹86 L range mein hain, for that price, you'd expect proper amenities, right? Parking ka issue sunke aur tension ho rahi hai. Kaise believe karein builders pe?
Sahi kaha bhai! Mere friend ne Ajayabpur mein liya tha, same parking ka rona. Brochure mein sab dikhaate hain, reality mein gaadi park karne ki jagah nahi milti.
