Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Gulistanpur. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Honestly, Gulistanpur mein prices are insane, yaar. Everyone glorifies it, but I don't see the real value for the premium. Is the actual resident life worth this EMI hike? Change my mind?
