My upgrade to Dwarka Expressway stalled by delays

₹2.3 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 109, aur Dwarka Expressway ka kaam abhi tak poora nahi hua. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 82 and was thinking of upgrading to a bigger place, maybe a M3M project or something similar along Dwarka Expressway. But yaar, we paid a good premium, thinking connectivity will be sorted by now. Abhi bhi traffic bohot hai, aur commute mein time lagta hai. Already have a home loan for the current place, so another EMI for a delayed project feels like a double whammy. Is this market-timing wrong? Should I have waited for the actual completion? What's your take on ROI for these areas now? Koi aur bhi aise stuck hai kya?
