Since January I've been shortlisting flats, Uppal Marble Arch included. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out if construction quality genuinely impacts resale value and future maintenance. Also, do those promised amenities, like the clubhouse, actually attract premium tenants or just become ghost facilities? What's the reality after a couple of years?
