Did a site visit to Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake last weekend in Bengaluru. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Prestige's team seemed very polished, but I'm worried about the actual possession experience. Will there be unexpected charges or unfinished work? Keya Life felt more grounded. Anyone have insights into their handover process? Also, what are the post-possession maintenance charges like for both? Are they reasonable or do they keep increasing every year? I've heard some horror stories, honestly not sure what to expect.
