₹1.35 Cr for my 3BHK in Whitefield felt steep last year, but now my NRI cousin wants to buy here too. He's eyeing Prestige properties around Sarjapur Road, maybe a 2BHK. Not sure if buying without visiting is wise. Also, are the 3-4.5% rental yields actually achievable? What's the community's take on NRI investment without being physically present?

Bhai, your cousin buying without visiting, that's a huge risk! Mera ek dost ne aise hi invest kiya tha Akshayanagar mein, baad mein pata chala builder ne kuch approvals hi nahi liye the. Whitefield price toh sahi hai, but Sarjapur Road for Prestige 2BHK would be higher now. Rental yields are a big question mark, developers ke numbers pe trust karna mushkil hai.
Totally agree! Bina dekhe property lena toh bahut risky hai, especially for such a big amount. Darr
