My Yelahanka PLC: did I just overpay?

Everyone glorifies PLCs for views, but I think they're a total rip-off. Just moved into Keya Homes Yelahanka last month, paid a huge PLC for a higher floor. Honestly, not sure it's worth the extra ₹5-7L. Are these preferential location charges ever justified in Bengaluru? Change my mind.

Bhai, you're not alone! I feel the exact same way. My builder in Marathahalli tried to push a 'lake view' PLC on me for an extra 4 lakhs. It was just a muddy pond during monsoon, not a lake! Seriously, these PLCs are just another way to squeeze more money out of first-time buyers like us. ₹5-7L is a huge amount, that's like a small car down payment!
