Nagarbhavi... everyone glorifies the gated communities and peace, but no one talks about the actual water situation. Meri research ke hisaab se, yahan borewell dependency bahut high hai. Municipal water supply ka kya scene hai? Kya tanker mafia se deal karna padta hai? I'm honestly worried about daily water woes, especially with Bengaluru's general scarcity. Is it really as bad as I'm hearing ya people are just exaggerating? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Totally feel you, OP! Nagarbhavi sounds great on paper, but water is a huge red flag for me too. I've heard stories about tankers being the only option for months. Is this truly the case or just fear-mongering? My agent kept pushing it, but I'm super hesitant.
Not just Nagarbhavi, even areas like Akshayanagar have similar issues during peak summer
Haan bhai, same experience. Tanker dependency is real. Aur price bhi bahut high lagta hai for such basic needs.
