₹95 lakh for a 3BHK at Nagin Lake Apartment, but the carpet area seems bahut kam. I work in real estate, I know all the super area vs carpet area games builders play. But buying for myself, it's still frustrating to see the difference. Brochure mein sab achha lagta hai, but actual living experience wahan ka kaisa hai? Nagin Lake Apartment ke floor plans dekh raha hoon, carpet area efficiency pe doubts hain. Kya actual flat mein space kam lagta hai? Especially noise levels aur air quality, South Delhi mein yeh sab important hai. Kya wahan ka daily life truly peaceful hai ya sirf paper pe? Kisi ne possession liya hai wahan? Nagin Lake Apartment ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab dream home hai, but jab floor plan dekho toh carpet area efficiency pe doubt aata hi hai. ₹95 lakh for a 3BHK, it's a huge investment, we can't afford to get this wrong.
