Nagin Lake Apartment: Layout confusion for first-time buyer
₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Nagin Lake Apartment. Itna budget stretch kar raha hoon, parents bhi keh rahe hain ki first home hai, accha hi lena. But brochures mein sab kuch perfect lagta hai, real life mein kaisa hai wahan rehna? Main floor plan dekh raha tha, 1400 sqft dikha rahe hain but carpet area seems a bit less efficient. Kya actual living space genuinely feel hoti hai spacious? Yaar, daily life ke liye practical hai kya layouts? Bachon ke liye space, furniture placement, yeh sab... Aur neighborhood ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, daily grocery ke liye markets kitne paas hain? Mujhe lag raha hai ki location important hai, but I'm not sure if it's genuinely convenient for everyday needs. Any actual residents here?

Bhai, 1.2 Cr for 1400 sqft, especially for a 3BHK, sounds a bit steep agar carpet area efficient nahi hai. Nagin Lake Apartment ka 'Status: null' dikha raha hai, iska matlab kya hai? Builder ka track record pata kiya kya? Kahin delay na ho jaye.
