Nampally flat: My unexpected stamp duty bill

Nampally — just moved into my Salarpuria Sattva flat last month. The quoted price for my 2BHK around ₹95L felt okay, but the stamp duty and registration really hit hard. I didn't realize that extra 7-8% on top of the base price would be so much. Is it always this high in Hyderabad, or did I miss something during my research? Any tips for future buyers?

Mere builder ne toh bas ek rough estimate diya tha. Exact figures toh registration ke time hi pata chale. Bahut frustrating hota hai. What a mess!
