Nanakramguda property prices are getting absolutely crazy for what you get. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir se rent badha diya. Finally thinking of buying a 3BHK here, budget is around ₹1.7-2 Cr, but yaar, these prices feel inflated. Is it really worth it? My Home and Aparna projects look good but so expensive. I mean, is the daily life there actually smooth? Heard about insane traffic during peak hours towards Financial District. How bad is it really? And water supply ka kya scene hai? Don't want to buy and then struggle with basic amenities. Real residents, please share your experience. Is there any negotiation room, or are builders just rigid? Any hidden costs people discovered after moving in?
