Did a site visit to some 2BHKs in Narayanguda yesterday and honestly, it felt... different. Everyone glorifies its 'central location' and established vibe, but yaar, traffic wahan ka toh alag hi level hai. Peak hours mein toh lagta hai ghanto phans jaunga. For a young professional like me, who might need to commute to the Financial District sometimes, it's a daily nightmare. I'm genuinely asking, is the investment potential really there for 3-5 years? People say 'appreciation milega', but with this kind of traffic and very limited new development, will resale actually be easy? Compared to newer areas like Narsingi ya Tellapur, Narayanguda feels kinda stuck in time. I don't see the high ROI people claim. Change my mind.
