Dekho, hidden costs toh har project mein hote hain, it's not just Salarpuria. Important hai ki builder se detailed cost sheet lo. Ask for a breakup of everything – club house, maintenance advance, power backup, everything. Negotiation is key, especially on interiors if they are offering a package.
Narayanguda mein kya rate chal raha hai per sqft? Main bhi Banjara Hills ke paas dekh raha tha, but wahan budgets out ho rahe hain. Salarpuria ka construction quality kaisa hai overall? Aur possession date ka kya scene hai?
