₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Narayanguda feels steep, even with the Metro connectivity. We've been in our 2BHK for 3 years, and I'm looking to upgrade, but already have a home loan so the EMI jump is a big deal. I'm wondering about the actual daily life there. Is it too chaotic or still has that old-Hyderabad vibe? How's the traffic during peak hours? And what about the resale market? If we decide to sell down the line, is it relatively liquid or do properties sit for a while? Any current residents wanna share their honest take?

1.5 Cr for 3BHK in Narayanguda? Bhai, yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain, aur itne budget mein toh humein ache options Ameerpet side mil rahe hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Upgrade ke chakkar mein EMI ka bojh double ho jayega. Hum bhi 2BHK se 3BHK dekh rahe hain, but Narayanguda mein yeh price point out of reach lag raha hai, especially after current home loan
