Narhe property prices are getting crazy expensive

Just moved to Narhe last month, got a 2BHK for ₹65L. Honestly, lag raha hai ki prices thode high hain for the area. Especially with monsoon starting, waterlogging ka issue kitna serious hai yahan? Society mein toh bol rahe the sab theek hai, but baahar roads ka kya scene hai? Anyone else feel Narhe prices are justified?
