Narsingi 3BHK prices are just insane
₹1.9 crore for a 3BHK in Narsingi felt really high, even with the ORR connectivity. We're upgrading for the kids' school admission next year, so a safe area is a must. My wife's priority is a good neighbourhood for the children. We visited Salarpuria Sattva projects, and they seem decent, but the quoted price for a 3BHK was like ₹1.9 Cr... maybe a bit less but still. Does anyone here have experience negotiating with builders in Hyderabad? How much can you actually expect to reduce, say, on a 3BHK in areas like Kokapet or Tellapur? I'm worried about all the hidden costs too, like PLC and parking, which they don't always upfront. What about the surprise charges near possession, like maintenance deposits or extra utility hook-up fees? Is there a way to pin them down on the *real* all-in cost early, before signing anything?
