Natthu Colony: Is it right for my growing family?

Natthu Colony keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. We're a family of four, need to upgrade to a 3BHK from our 2BHK in Sector 78. My wife's priority is definitely the kids' school admission; are there good options really close by, like within 5-7km? Also, safety for the children is huge for us. I've heard mixed things about evenings there. What's the actual vibe living day-to-day? Is it genuinely safe for families, especially after dark? Honestly not sure if it’s too isolated or has a proper community feel. We're looking at something around ₹1.5 Cr, is that realistic for a decent 3BHK there? Any insights on the schools or general safety would be super helpful.
