Natthu Colony is underrated, fight me on this

Natthu Colony mein rehna kaisa hai? I just moved in last month. Water supply ka issue toh hai, but not as bad as people say, right? Metro connectivity is decent, although last-mile auto walas charge whatever they want. Schools ache hain nearby, that's a big plus point for me. Anyone else living here? What's your take? Is it a good long-term investment, ya phir I made a mistake?
