Natthu Colony - Villa Dreams or Just a Mirage?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a bigger space in Natthu Colony. I've seen some villas and bigger flats there, but the prices seem kinda high. Is it worth the premium compared to other areas? Already have a home loan, so EMI will jump a lot. Has anyone actually lived there? What's the real deal with water supply? Heard mixed things, municipal water pressure low hai kya? And how bad is the traffic during peak hours going towards the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway? Honestly not sure if the price jump is worth the slightly bigger space and 'villa' tag. Any advice?
