Natthu Colony's water situation is getting out of hand

Honestly not sure what to do about the water situation in Natthu Colony. Kids have moved out so I'm selling my bada house. Want something manageable. But this water problem is a big turn off. Municipal supply toh aati nahi hai. Everyone's dependent on borewell. Is it even safe? Resale pe asar padega kya? Should I just look somewhere else? Koi aur bhi same problem face kar raha hai kya?
