Honestly, finding a bigger flat for our growing family is tougher than I thought. We're looking at Nava Vruksha, an upcoming project. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood with good schools for the kids. Is the community vibe actually good here? Or is it just another project that looks great on paper but isn't genuinely good for daily living? What about noise levels and air quality?

Currently in a 2BHK, eyeing Nava Vruksha for investment. What's the capital appreciation like since launch? Any realistic rental yield projections? Worried about their delivery track record, honestly not sure.
