Since last year we've been seriously looking for a 3BHK near Dwarka Expressway, kids are growing up fast. My wife's main priority is a safe society and good school access. We're considering a project by Spiti Projects LLP, but I'm worried about legal stuff. How do you guys actually check builder's RERA status properly? Like, beyond just the number. Aur agar OC mein delay ho, toh kya possession le sakte hain? Heard about JMS Prime Land having some issues too. What are our real options then? Bahut tension hai, any advice?
