Nayandahalli: Feeling priced out already?

Nayandahalli keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Prices there seem to be climbing so fast. I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹85L. Honestly, not sure if this price rise is sustainable for 2026, especially with interest rates... Is it going to correct, or just keep going up? My parents are worried it's too high already. What's your take on this area's future?
