Nayandahalli – this area keeps popping up in my research. I'm based in Dubai, looking for a 2BHK investment in Bengaluru. My biggest worry is the long-term investment potential, like 3-5 years ka appreciation kaisa hai? Also, legal clarity on titles and property management is key since I can't visit often. Builders like Puravankara and Prestige are there, but how's their track record specifically in this corridor? Resale market mein exit karna easy hoga kya? Any ground reality feedback on rental demand?

Honestly, for 3-5 years, appreciation might be slow. Connectivity issues are still a big problem there, especially during peak hours.
